I wanted to give you an update on 17C and find out what you plan to do about the renovations.

I am attaching a proposal to have all of the work that needs to be done in the apartment.  The work will be very low end, what we call "White Boxing".  It will make the apartment presentable and give it the added appeal that is needed to justify a price of $800,000. It is extremely important that this work be done as soon as possible.  It can be paid for in installments, that information is on the second page of the attachment.



I have spoken to a few different contractors and this is the best I can do.



Today I listed the apartment in my company's "Coming Soon" area to start generating some interest.  Here is the link to the listing as it is currently.
