Bay City Metering needs access for re-reading
Dear residents,
Bay City Metering has been having trouble with its metering system in Towers on the Park. What happens is at some point they lose communications with the meters and get no readings, or very few readings in the building. This can go on for a month or two or many months. Then, all of a sudden they start getting readings again. They think the cause is interference in the building from some source unknown to them.
There are a number of apartments that were over billed on their previous estimates and a number that were under billed. In order to fix this problem, they have asked us access to some apartments at the 300 building, and it is for this reason that we would like to know which of these days can you allow Bay City Metering to get into your apartment: October 12, 13 or 14.
