Recommendations for further studies In subsequent studies in subsequent Phases
of project. (2) Survey of existing facilities and conditions and report of findings.
(3) Verification of accuracy of drawings or other information furnished by
owner. (4) Design Criteria including applicable codes and standards, and
systems descriptions. (5) Space conditions and weights for M/E and other
applicable trades equipment. (6) Outline Specifications. (7) System Flow and/or
Riser Diagrams, block layouts of M/E and major spaces. (8) Part or full typical
floor layout for: -HVAC -ELECTRICAL -SANITARY -FIRE PROTECTION (9) Major
equipment sizing. (10) Discussions and confirmation With applicable public
agencies And utility companies concerning Project and services. Note: This
should be specifically Discussed with client since on some Projects (especially
in the Schematic Design Phase) we are directed not To contact anyone regarding
the Project. (11) Preparations of estimated Construction costs on a square foot
Basis. (Note: This may be provided by Engineer, Construction Manager, General
Contractor Or Cost Consultant. )

-Other (List) (2) Outline Specifications (if not furnished During Schematic
Phase) or first pass Using final specifications. If final Specifications are to
be used, verify format. (3) Updated drawings confirming space Conditions,
weights, equipment and system Sizing and selection. (4) Updated Design Criteria.
(5) Updated utility information. (6) Updated estimated construction costs.
(Note: This may be provided by Engineer, Construction Manager, General
Contractor Or Cost Estimator.)
